Petition produced with a fabricated court order, SC orders criminal investigation

The supreme court recently came across a petition which had a fabricated document, to show it as an order of the Supreme Court itself. The bench led by Justice Abhay S. Oka and Justice Pankaj Mithal ordered a criminal investigation into the issue.
