Women Allows Her Live-in Partner to Commit Sexual Assault On Minor Daughter.

The High Court of Telengana with the bench of Justice G.Sri Devi on Tuesday 3rd August,2021 heard a bail plea filed by a women in connection to the case criminal case filed against her for the offence which is punishable u/s 376(2)(f)(n), 376(3) {Rape}, section 342 & 50 of IPC.
According to the facts of the case, the women with her minor daughter started living in a live-in relationship after the death of her husband.
Further, the alleged partner of the appellant used to sexually assault her minor daughter and due to commission of such heinous act the minor was impregnated twice after giving birth to male child.
Despite knowing all these facts and actions the mother, referred as Appellant herein never spoke against such act and allowed continuous sexual assault on her minor daughter.
Thus, after going through the facts and issues of the case the bench denied the bail of the women and further ordered the trail court to dispose of the case within 6 month of this bail dismissal order without any unnecessary delay and giving adjournment to either of the parties of the case.
While, dismissing the bail pea the court observed that “the allegation which are leveled on the petitioner (women) are grave and heinous in nature, and thus bench is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
