The National Law University of Delhi (NLUD) has announced that the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2021 will be held in an offline mode on July 30, 2021 [02:00 pm to 03:30 pm].

The deadline for AILET 2021 applicantion submissions is June 25, 2021. The exam application costs Rs. 3,050 to general unreserved candidates, and Rs. 1,050 for SC/ST and PWD candidates. Applicants in the SC/ST category who are below the poverty line (BPL) are exempted from the charge.

In related news, the Consortium of NLUs has stated that CLAT-2021 will take place in offline mode on Friday, July 23, 2021. It will take place between the hours of 2 and 4 p.m. for both UG and PG programmes.

As previously stated, the CLAT 2021 will be a pen-and-paper exam administered at centres while adhering to all COVID 19 safety measures.

After the last date of submission of the filled-in-application, applicants will be given the opportunity to reconsider their preference of Test Centre in order to prevent longer travel times to the Test Centers. The Consortium will endeavour to change the Test Centre’s first or second preference as much as possible. As a result, students should continue to visit the Consortium website.

It is also recommended that the candidates become immunised.
Further information on the Centres and Protocols will be provided as soon as possible.

Any requests for assistance or clarifications should be made to the following addresses: clat@consortiumofnlus.ac.in or 080 47162020 (between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.) on all working days.

CLAT PG will consist of only 120 multiple-choice questions to be answered in 120 minutes. CLAT 2021 will not have a descriptive section.
