Copy of order will be given to Puja Khedkar: UPSC to Delhi HC

The UPSC has informed the Delhi HC of its communication regarding its order to cancel the probationary IAS officer Puja Khedkar’s Candidature.

The plea that she filed against the press release of UPSC. was dismissed by Justice Jyoti Singh

The court asked Puja Khedkar to submit her address to the court so that the order could be provided to her physically and electronically.

It also said that the central administrative tribunal can be approached to seek any relief.

Senior advocate Indira Jaisingh, who appeared for Khedkar, said that the cancellation order was not communicated to her, and she learned about it through the press release.

The court asked her why she had not appeared before the CAT, to which it was replied that since the order was not available, they could not approach.
