Hindu Marriage can be dissolved through customary deed if the existence of such a right is proven: SC

It was recently observed by the SC that Hindu Marriages can be dissolved with the customary divorce deed, but this will be possible only when it is proven by parties that the customary right is established.
It has been said that the marriage can be dissolved under Section 29(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955, whereby it has been clarified that the provisions of the act will not affect the right that has been established by any custom or any other special act
It has been observed by the apex court that it must be proved that there is the customary right exists.
This has to be established the evidence.
