The appointment of Justice Arun Palli as the Chief Justice of the J&K&L HC , approved by the SC Collegium

The appointment of Justice Palli as the Chief Justice of the Jammu &Kashmir and Ladakh HC was recommended on Saturday by the SC collegium.
Justice was designated as a senior advocate in 2007, and he has also served as the Amicus Curiae in various matters before the HC. He also made appearences in the Delhi HC and the Supreme Court.
His elevation to the Punjab and Haryana HC’s bench happened on 28 December 2013.
Furthermore, he was also appointed as the executive chairman for the legal services authority of Haryana, as well as the member of the governing body of the National Legal Services Authority
