New Members appointed to NCLAT by the Central government

The central government by notification has announced the appointment of 4 new members to the NCLAT. Out of these, there are two judicial members and two are technical members.
The proposal was approved by the appointments committee of the cabinet. The proposal was presented by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
The judicial members are
Justice Yogesh Khanna, who is a former judge of the Delhi HC, and Justice Sharaf Kumar Sharma who is a former judge of the Uttarakhand HC
The two technical members are Indevar Pandey, who is an IAS Officer, and Jatindranath Swain who is a retired IAS Officer.
The appointment will be till the age of 67 or 4 years whichever is earlier.
