ED has no role regarding the jail relaxations pertaining to medical conditions: Delhi Court

It was told to the ED by a Delhi court that the requests of the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal regarding medical checkups cannot be objected upon.
He had applied to seek permission to allow his wife to join the medical checkup via video conferencing as well as to allow him to give inputs regarding his health to the medical board.
The court remarked that ED has no role to play when it comes to medical conditions.
To this it was responded that earlier there were certain concerns about the diet Kejriwal was taking inside the jail and a medical board had to be constituted.
The court then proceeded with the direction of seeking a jail report from the jail authorities.
