On Monday, the SC said that the decision of the HC to grant an interim stay on the bail to Delhi CM, without passing a final order was unusual. The matter was about the money laundering case.
The bench of Justices Manoj Misra and SVN Bhatti was hearing the appeal that was filed by Kejriwal against the said order of the HC.
Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain of the HC had passed the impugned order.
The apex court said that if the petitioner thinks that the HC has committed a mistake then it will not commit the same mistake.
