Judge in Rajasthan booked for 354 IPC after asking gang-rape survivor to show injuries

An FIR has been lodged against a judicial magistrate who has been alleged of asking a Dalit gang rape survivor to strip herself in the court in order to show injuries.

Justice Ravindra Kumar, who is a Hindaun city judicial magistrate has been booked under section 354 under the IPC as well as the relevant provisions of SC/ST Act.

It is reported as per the FIR that the incident took place on 30th March when she had gone to record her statement in the case.

She alleges that the magistrate asked her to remove the clothes for the inspection of the injuries.
